Terms of service

All orders placed on our website, are subject to acceptance at our discretion. If we do not accept the order (which is rare outside of orders being placed with a rural delivery address) we will let you know why and refund the cancelled order promptly. 

We use Shopify payments as our online payment system and rely on Shopify to keep your financial information secure. Your credit card information is not used or stored 

All prices are in NZD and include GST if applicable. 

All accepted orders will be shipped via NZ Post within New Zealand only. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

We ensure that your order leaves our kitchen with sufficient bio-degradable, recyclable packaging, to keep the cakes safe and cool on their journey.  please be aware, that where parcels are damaged, lost or delayed during the delivery process this is not our fault and we will not be responsible for providing a replacement order. Any issues with the quality of your order will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. 

Breakfast Babes cakes will last up to 10 days in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer. They are best stored in an air-tight container. 

You agree that you are purchasing the products for your personal use only, and not for purposes of trade or business.   If you wish to purchase goods for the purposes of trade or business, please contact us.
