Shipping policy

SHIPPING DAYS

All orders are dispatched on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Any orders received after 11.30am Wednesday will be sent the following Monday. 

 

TRACKING NUMBERS

Orders are sent via NZ Post. You will automatically receive your tracking number once we print your ticket - this does not mean that your order has been shipped so do not panic if you check your order and it hasn't left the depot.Please allow up to five days after receiving your dispatch confirmation email to receive your order. If you have any concerns regarding your delivery, please contact the courier directly.

 

PARCEL MANAGEMENT

We ensure that your order leaves our kitchen with sufficient bio-degradable, recyclable packaging, to keep the cakes safe and cool on their journey.  Please be aware, that where parcels are damaged, lost or delayed during the delivery process this is not our fault and we will not be responsible for providing a replacement order. Any issues with the quality of your order will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. 

 

RURAL SHIPPING

We ship to rural addresses. Please ensure you select the correct shipping rate during checkout otherwise we will not be able to send your order. 

 

REFUNDS

All orders are final and we do not accept or issue refunds for cancellations or returns. We ship orders based on the order submitted, make sure you check your order details and address carefully.
